1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sculpt Pilates Company website ("sculptpilatescompany.com") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sculpt Pilates Company ("Sculpt Co.") offers in-person pilates classes at our Chicago studio and on-demand digital content through our platform. All services are subject to availability.

3. Class Bookings & Cancellations

• All class bookings are made through our scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling) and are subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund or credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the class fee at our discretion.
• Sculpt Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified and offered a full refund or rescheduled session.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Drop-in classes are $20 per session, payable at the time of booking.
• Monthly subscriptions provide access to our on-demand content library and are billed on a recurring basis.
• Annual subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment and include a discount over monthly pricing.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
• Prices are subject to change with notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Refund requests within the 14-day period for annual subscriptions should be directed to info@sculptpilatescompany.com.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participation in pilates classes, whether in-person or via on-demand content, involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
• You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
• Sculpt Co. and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during or as a result of participating in our classes or using our content.
• You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and abilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our on-demand library, including videos, images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Sculpt Pilates Company and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell access to on-demand content
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or its services
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt Pilates Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
